Our first sunflower bloomed! This is always bittersweet for me because as beautiful as they are, it reminds me that summer is winding down...

Hey Mary! Yeah, I'm good. Been busy lately. We butchered a steer and 10 pigs this weekend. Eeek! And been busy (as usual) looking for jobs. That's a full time job in and of itself. :)
Good, thanks for keeping me posted. You are doing a lot and I remember that job hunting is full time. I've been through some mighty lean times myself.
Still praying for ya, though and thinking you're doing an awesome job of hanging tight right now.
